With the remnants of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the US is attempting to negotiate with groups of pre-medievalist Muslim zealots, the armed fragments of the Iranian regime, each vying to take control of a million-man army and a nearly unimaginable treasure valued at tens of billions of dollars deposited in domestic and foreign accounts.
They are the descendants of the armies of Allah who, after Mohammad’s death, stormed out of the Arabian Peninsula and conquered two-thirds of Western Christendom, and the offspring of those who mounted the 9/11 attacks. Negotiations with them are utterly foolish and doomed to failure.
The 9/11 Attacks Should Have Been Prevented
In my book, Lessons from Fallen Civilizations, I expose how America’s most senior-level intelligence officials not only failed to see and prevent the 9/11 attacks but also actively undermined America’s counterattack.
…On July 26, 2001, in a backwater US Embassy in Baku, Azerbaijan, a high-level Iranian security official, Hamid Reza Zakeri, walked in. He told the receptionist he wanted to speak to the CIA because he had information about the security of the United States.
He explained to the station chief, “Joan,” that in his capacity as a high-level security officer at Iran’s Ministry of Information and Security (MOIS) headquarters, he observed “Arabs” training pilots and briefing them on their appointed targets. He even described models that were on the table in the meeting room—the World Trade Center, the White House, the Pentagon, and Camp David. He told her that the attack was coming from the air, that Arab pilots had already left for America, and the date for the attack was 9/11/01.
Joan called for backup. Several days later, a senior CIA officer, “George,” arrived from headquarters to debrief the “Baku walk-in.” He immediately decided that Zakeri was peddling lies, paid him $200, and told him to get out. The information that could have saved 3,000 lives never passed up the chain of command.
In this passage, we see not only the willful blindness of our own government, prior to 9/11, but also the Iranian government’s role in Bin Laden’s plot. The significance of this partnership cannot be overstated. It represented the fusion of the two branches of Islam, Sunni and Shiite, both sharing a role in the most lethal attack on the U.S. since Pearl Harbor. Not since the seventh century had the Muslim world been so unified in its assault on Western Christendom.
The Truth about Saddam Hussein’s WMD’s
Later in my book, I describe George Bush’s unsuccessful attempt to unify the country in a counterattack on militant Islam. Unfortunately, our mainstream media spent the bulk of the Bush presidency accusing him of going to war against Saddam Hussein for fraudulent reasons. They relentlessly repudiated his claim that Saddam was building WMDs. In my book, set the record straight.
…In 2003, Stephen, a British spy and self-styled “Lawrence of Arabia,” was on the ground inside Iraq weeks prior to the US-led invasion and saw the evacuation of WMD stockpiles and production equipment. Stephen observed the operation being conducted by non-uniformed Russian Special Forces (Spetsnatz), who loaded drums of poison gas and biotoxins on huge eighteen-wheelers destined for Syria and Lebanon.
He sent his reports directly to Deputy Undersecretary of Defense John Shaw. Stephen’s network was so good that he tracked the shipments to specific villages in Syria, to hospitals in Beirut, and, in some cases, to the specific doctor who received the drums. Shaw also received corroborating reports of the Russian evacuation operation directly from the Ukrainian head of intelligence, General Ihor Smeshko.
Nevertheless, Shaw’s reports were spiked as “Israeli disinformation” by anti-Bush saboteurs in high places inside the CIA and the Pentagon, so that the Democrats, Kerry’s campaign, media, and the international Left could continue its all-out relentless war against George W. Bush for his supposed crime of taking the country to war without proof that Iraq had WMDs…
One of the recurring themes of this column will be to expose the unmistakable fact that Islam is an enemy belief system. Every Muslim child is taught to understand that it is the Muslim’s duty to conquer the wicked infidel. Peace between the Muslim world and the West is always only temporary. Islam is the enemy of our freedom.
After the fall of the Roman Empire in the West, Muslim armies brutally conquered the Christian lands of the Middle East, North Africa, and the Iberian Peninsula, If the Frankish warlord, Charles Martel, did not stop the advance of the Muslim armies at the battle of Poitiers, in 732, Edward Gibbon opined, the boys of Eaton in his day would have been learning their lessons in Arabic.
The Case of the Lockerbie Bomber
Finally, as it pertains to the IRGC zealots holding out in Iran, to understand them, allow me to offer one more case in point from my book.
…Globally, there are 1.2 billion Muslims. Abdel Baset al-Megrahi, better known as the Lockerbie Bomber, killed 270 people by blowing up flight 103 over Scotland. Released in 2010 by the Scottish Government, he was greeted by adoring crowds and given a hero’s welcome in Tripoli. From this and so many similar indicators, we can surmise that there are hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of jihadists who wake up every day plotting to destroy the West, and who are financially supported by a much larger host of fellow Muslims.
